## Sec. 17 scope of act; definition of state **[**[16 U.S.C. 590q](/us/usc/t16/s590q)**]** ###

(a)This Act shall apply to the States, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands, and, as used in this Act, the term “**State**” includes Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands. ###

(b)This Act may be cited as the “Soil Conservation and Domestic Allotment Act.”
