## Sec. 146.146–1 Such amounts as may be necessary of the Polish currencies held by the United States which have been generated by the sale to Poland of surplus United States dairy products shall be available for construction and renovation projects to be undertaken in Poland under the auspices of the Charitable Commission of the Polish Catholic Episcopate for the benefit of handicapped and orphaned children.
