## Sec. 146.146–1 Such amounts as may be necessary of the Polish currencies held by the United States which have been generated by the sale to Poland of surplus United States dairy products shall be available for construction and renovation projects to be undertaken in Poland under the auspices of the Charitable Commission of the Polish Catholic Episcopate for the benefit of handicapped and orphaned children. Such currencies may be utilized without regard to the requirements of section 1306 of title 31, United States Code, or any other provision of law. 146–1P.L. 99–500, 100 Stat. 1783–351.
