## SEC. 609 DISBURSEMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL FUNDS **[**[7 U.S.C. 1738h](/us/usc/t7/s1738h)**]** Funds in an Environmental Fund shall be disbursed only pursuant to a framework agreement entered into pursuant to section 607.
