## SEC. 416 USE OF CERTAIN LOCAL CURRENCY **[**[7 U.S.C. 1736g–3](/us/usc/t7/s1736g–3)**]** Local currency payments received by the United States pursuant to agreements entered into under title I (as in effect on November 27, 1990) may be utilized by the Secretary in accordance with section 108 (as in effect on November 27, 1990). # TITLE V FARMER-TO-FARMER PROGRAM
