## Sec. 10 authorizations for appropriations **[**[16 U.S.C. 2809](/us/usc/t16/s2809)**]** For purposes of carrying out the provisions of this Act, there are authorized to be appropriated— ####

(1)to the Department of Agriculture, $1,000,000 for each of fiscal years 1991 through 2023; ####

(2)to the Department of Commerce, $1,000,000 for each of fiscal years 1991 through 2023; and ####

(3)to the Department of Interior, $1,000,000 for each of fiscal years 1991 through 2023. Funds authorized by this section shall be in addition to, and not in lieu of, funds authorized by any other Act.
