## Sec. 12 **[**[7 U.S.C. 178j](/us/usc/t7/s178j)**]** Relative to the definitions of, title to, and licensing of inventions made or conceived in the course of or under any contract or grant pursuant to this Act, and notwithstanding any other provisions of law, the provisions of sections 9 and 10 of the Federal Nonnuclear Energy Research and Development Act of 1974 (42 U.S.C. 5908–9) shall govern.
