## Sec. 1421 redesignation of instruction funding ###
(a)The first section of the Act of August 30, 1890 (7 U.S.C. 322) is amended by striking “agriculture,” and all that follows through “industries of life” and inserting “food and agricultural sciences.” ###
(b)The eleventh paragraph under the heading “EMERGENCY APPROPRIATIONS.” of the Act of March 4, 1907 (7 U.S.C. 322) is amended by striking “agriculture and mechanic arts” the second place it appears and inserting “food and agricultural sciences”.
