## SEC. 437 SEVERABILITY **[**[7 U.S.C. 7757](/us/usc/t7/s7757)**]** If any provision of this title or application of any provision of this title to any person or circumstances is held invalid, the remainder of this title and the application of the provision to other persons and circumstances shall not be affected by the invalidity.
