## SEC. 4 EXEMPTIONS **[**[7 U.S.C. 584](/us/usc/t7/s584)**]** ###

(a)In General Apples in less than carload lots as defined by the Secretary may, in his discretion, be shipped to any foreign country without complying with the provisions of this Act. ###

(b)Bulk Containers Apples may be shipped to Canada in bulk containers without complying with the provisions of this Act.
