## Sec. 9 ###
(a)the provisions of section 310B(d)(6) of the Consolidated Farm and Rural Development Act shall apply to loans guaranteed under this Act. ###
(b)Contracts of guarantee executed pursuant to the provisions of this Act shall be fully assignable.
