## Sec. 17 **[**Admittance of Inspectors**]** **[**[7 U.S.C. 2147](/us/usc/t7/s2147)**]** The Secretary shall promulgate rules and regulations requiring dealers, exhibitors, research facilities, and operators of auction sales subject to section 12 of this Act to permit inspection of their animals and records at reasonable hours upon request by legally constituted law enforcement agencies in search of lost animals.
