## Sec. 10 effective dates **[**[7 U.S.C. 3501 note](/us/usc/t7/s3501)**]** ###

(a)Except as provided in subsection

(b)of this section, this Act shall become effective on the date of the enactment of this Act. ###

(b)Section 2 shall become effective on the date on which regulations prescribed by the Secretary under section 8 become effective.
