## Sec. 1545 grants; contracts **[**[7 U.S.C. 4206](/us/usc/t7/s4206)**]** The Secretary may carry out the purposes of this subtitle, with existing facilities and funds otherwise available, through the use of grants, contracts, or such other means as the Secretary deems appropriate.
