## SEC. 1535 LIMITATION ON ASSISTANCE **[**[16 U.S.C. 3458](/us/usc/t16/s3458)**]** In carrying out this subtitle, the Secretary shall provide technical assistance and financial assistance with respect to not more than 450 active designated areas.
