## Sec. 1439 allocations under this subtitle not substitutions **[**[7 U.S.C. 3201](/us/usc/t7/s3201)**]** The sums appropriated and allocated to States and eligible institutions under subsection
(c)of section 1433 to carry out subsection
(a)of such section or section 1434, as applicable, shall be in addition to, and not in substitution for, sums appropriated or otherwise made available to such States and institutions pursuant to other provisions of law. ## subtitle F Small Farm Research and Extension3 3This subtitle (consisting of sections 1440 through 1443) amended the Rural Development Act of 1972 (7 U.S.C. 2662 et seq.).
