## SEC. 374 SHORT FORM CERTIFICATION OF FARM PROGRAM BORROWER COMPLIANCE **[**[7 U.S.C. 2008i](/us/usc/t7/s2008i)**]** The Secretary shall develop and utilize a consolidated short form for farm program borrowers to use in certifying compliance with any applicable provision of law (including a regulation) that serves as an eligibility prerequisite for a loan made under this title. **[**Section 375 was transferred and redesignated as section 210 of the Agricultural Marketing Act of 1946 by sec. 12102(b)(1)(A) of P.L. 113-79**]**
