## Sec. 326 **[**[7 U.S.C. 1966](/us/usc/t7/s1966)**]** The Secretary is authorized to utilize the revolving fund created by section 84 of the Farm Credit Act of 1933, as amended (hereinafter in this subtitle referred to as the “Emergency Credit Revolving Fund”), for carrying out the purposes of this subtitle.
