## SEC. 7528 DEMONSTRATION PROJECT AUTHORITY FOR TEMPORARY POSITIONS Notwithstanding section 4703(d)(1) of title 5, United States Code, the amendment to the personnel management demonstration project established in the Department of Agriculture (67 Fed. Reg. 70776 (2002)), shall become effective upon the date of enactment of this Act and shall remain in effect unless modified by law. # TITLE X HORTICULTURE AND ORGANIC AGRICULTURE
