## SEC. 14220 AVAILABILITY OF EXCESS AND SURPLUS COMPUTERS IN RURAL AREAS **[**[7 U.S.C. 2206b](/us/usc/t7/s2206b)**]** In addition to any other authority, the Secretary of Agriculture may make available to an organization excess or surplus computers or other technical equipment of the Department of Agriculture for the purposes of distribution to a city, town, or local government entity in a rural area (as defined in section 343(a)(13)(A) of the Consolidated Farm and Rural Development Act). * * * * * * *
