## SEC. 7408 INTERNATIONAL ORGANIC RESEARCH COLLABORATION **[**[7 U.S.C. 5925d](/us/usc/t7/s5925d)**]** The Secretary, acting through the Agricultural Research Service (including the National Agricultural Library) and the Economic Research Service, shall facilitate access by research and extension professionals, farmers, and other interested persons in the United States to, and the use by those persons of, organic research conducted outside the United States. # TITLE IX ENERGY
