## SEC. 815 FORGIVENESS OF CERTAIN WATER AND WASTE DISPOSAL LOANS **[**[7 U.S.C. 1421 note](/us/usc/t7/s1421)**]** The Secretary shall forgive the principal indebtedness and accrued interest owed by the City of Stroud, Oklahoma, to the Rural Utilities Service on water and waste disposal loans numbered 9105 and 9107.
