## SEC. 805 LIVESTOCK AND DAIRY **[**[7 U.S.C. 1421 note](/us/usc/t7/s1421)**]** The Secretary shall use $325,000,000 of funds of the Commodity Credit Corporation to provide assistance directly to livestock and dairy producers, in a manner determined appropriate by the Secretary, to compensate the producers for economic losses incurred during 1999.
