## Sec. 6 Existing Statutes Applicable to the Corporation **[**[15 U.S.C. 714d](/us/usc/t15/s714d)**]** The Federal statutes applicable to Commodity Credit Corporation, a Delaware corporation, shall be applicable to the Corporation. Commodity Credit Corporation, a Delaware corporation, shall cease to be an agency of the United States as provided in section 7(a) of the Act of January 31, 1935, as amended (15 U.S.C., 1940 edition, Supp. V, 713(a)).
