## SEC. 509 CROPS **[**[7 U.S.C. 1469](/us/usc/t7/s1469)**]** Notwithstanding any other provision of law, this title shall be effective only for the 1991 through 1997 program crops. **[**Note: Title VI was made inapplicable to the 2008 through 2012 crops of covered commodities, peanuts, and sugar by sec. 1602(b)(12) of the Food, Conservation, and Energy Act of 2008 (7 U.S.C. 8782(b)(12)).
