## SEC. 506 PLANTING AND PRODUCTION HISTORY OF FARMS **[**[7 U.S.C. 1466](/us/usc/t7/s1466)**]** Each county committee, in accordance with regulations prescribed by the Secretary, may require any producer who seeks to establish a crop acreage base or farm program payment yield for a farm for a crop year to provide planting and production history of the farm for each of the 5 crop years immediately preceding the crop year.
