## SEC. 501 PURPOSE **[**[7 U.S.C. 1461](/us/usc/t7/s1461)**]** The purpose of this title is to prescribe a system for establishing crop acreage bases and program payment yields for the wheat, feed grains, upland cotton, and rice programs under this Act that is efficient, equitable, flexible, and predictable.
