## Sec. 301 **[**PRICE SUPPORT LEVELS FOR OTHER NONBASIC AGRICULTURAL COMMODITIES**]** **[**[7 U.S.C. 1447](/us/usc/t7/s1447)**]** The Secretary is authorized to make available through loans, purchases, or other operations price support to producers for any nonbasic agricultural commodity not designated in title II at a level not in excess of 90 per centum of the parity price for the commodity.61 61A second sentence that was effective only for the 1978 through 1981 crops has been omitted.
