## Sec. 107C.36 **[**DEFICIENCY AND LAND DIVERSION PAYMENTS**]** **[**[7 U.S.C. 1445b–2](/us/usc/t7/s1445b–2)**]** 36Sec. 1121(a) of the Food, Agriculture, Conservation, and Trade Act of 1990, P.L. 101–624, 104 Stat. 3500, Nov. 28, 1990, amended former sec. 107C in its entirety and made a conforming amendment. Sec. 1161(a)(1) of such Act tranferred former sec. 107C to the end of title I and redesignated such sec. as sec. 114.
