## SEC. 211 NONDISPLACEMENT **[**[16 U.S.C. 1728](/us/usc/t16/s1728)**]** The nondisplacement requirements of section 177 of the National and Community Service Act of 1990 shall be applicable to all activities carried out by the Public Lands Corps, to all activities carried out under this title by a qualified youth or conservation corps, and to the selection and service of resource assistants.
