## SEC. 5 OFFSET OF FUNDS APPROPRIATED **[**[34 U.S.C. 40744](/us/usc/t34/s40744)**]** Any funds appropriated to carry out this Act, not to exceed $10,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2013 through 2015, shall be derived from amounts appropriated pursuant to subsection
(j)of section 2 of the DNA Analysis Backlog Elimination Act of 2000 (42 U.S.C. 14135) in each such fiscal year for grants under such section.
