## SEC. 4 REDUCTION IN TERM OF SERVICE OF JUDGES ON FAMILY COURT OF THE SUPERIOR COURT ###
(a)Reduction in Term of Service Section 11-908A(c)(1), District of Columbia Official Code, is amended by striking “5 years” and inserting “3 years”. ###
(b)Effective Date The amendment made by subsection
(a)shall apply with respect to any individual serving as a judge on the Family Court of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia on or after the date of the enactment of this Act.
