## SEC. 865 MODIFICATION OF DELEGATION OF AUTHORITY TO MAKE DETERMINATIONS ON ENTRY INTO COOPERATIVE RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENTS WITH NATO AND OTHER FRIENDLY ORGANIZATIONS AND COUNTRIES Section 2350a(b)(2) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by striking “and to one other official of the Department of Defense” and inserting “, the Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition, Technology, and Logistics, and the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Research and Engineering”.
