## SEC. 816 COVERED CONTRACTS FOR PURPOSES OF REQUIREMENTS ON CONTRACTOR BUSINESS SYSTEMS Paragraph
(3)of section 893(f) of the Ike Skelton National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2011 (Public Law 111-383; 124 Stat. 4312; 10 U.S.C. 2302 note) is amended to read as follows: > > #### “(3) > > The term ‘covered contract’ means a contract that is subject to the cost accounting standards promulgated pursuant to section 1502 of title 41, United States Code, that could be affected if the data produced by a contractor business system has a significant deficiency.” > .
