## SEC. 662 REPORT ON INCENTIVES FOR RECRUITMENT AND RETENTION OF HEALTH CARE PROFESSIONALS Not later than 90 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Surgeons General of the Army, Navy, and Air Force shall submit to Congress a report on their staffing needs for health care professionals in the active and reserve components of the Armed Forces. Such report shall— ####
(1)identify the positions in most critical need for additional health care professionals, including— #####
(A)the number of physicians needed; and #####
(B)whether additional behavioral health professionals are needed to treat members of the Armed Forces for post traumatic stress disorder and traumatic brain injury; and ####
(2)recommend incentives for healthcare professionals with more than 20 years of clinical experience to join the active or reserve components, including changes in age or length of service requirements to qualify for partial retired pay for non-regular service. # TITLE VII HEALTH CARE PROVISIONS ## Subtitle A Improvements to Health Benefits
