## SEC. 501 INCREASE IN AUTHORIZED STRENGTHS FOR MARINE CORPS OFFICERS ON ACTIVE DUTY IN GRADES OF MAJOR, LIEUTENANT COLONEL, AND COLONEL The table in subsection (a)(1) of section 523 of title 10, United States Code, is amended by striking the items relating to the total number of commissioned officers (excluding officers in categories specified in subsection
