## SEC. 349 MODIFICATION OF REPORT ON PROCUREMENT OF MILITARY WORKING DOGS Subsection

(c)of section 358 of the Duncan Hunter National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2009 (Public Law 110-417; 122 Stat. 4427; 10 U.S.C. 2302 note) is amended— ####

(1)in the subsection heading by striking “Annual Report” and inserting “Biennial Report”; ####

(2)by striking “annually thereafter for each of the following five years” and inserting “biennially thereafter”; ####

(3)by striking “for the fiscal year preceding” and inserting “for the two fiscal years preceding”; ####

(4)by striking the second sentence; and ####

(5)by striking “for the fiscal year covered by the report” and inserting “for the period covered by the report”. ## Subtitle F Limitations and Extension of Authority
