## SEC. 2866 REPORT ON THE HOMEOWNERS ASSISTANCE PROGRAM Not later than 180 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Defense shall submit to Congress a report on the Homeowners Assistance Program under the Demonstration Cities and Metropolitan Development Act of 1966 (42 U.S.C. 3374). The report shall include the following: ####
(1)The estimated cost if eligibility were expanded to include permanent change of station applicants who purchased a home after July 1, 2006, and before July 1, 2008. ####
(2)The estimated cost if eligibility were expanded to include members of the Armed Forces under paragraph
(1)and permanent change of station applicants who received permanent change of station orders after September 30, 2010, and before September 30, 2011. ####
