## SEC. 253 EXTENSION OF AUTHORITY FOR MECHANISMS TO PROVIDE FUNDS FOR DEFENSE LABORATORIES FOR RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT OF TECHNOLOGIES FOR MILITARY MISSIONS Section 219(c) of the Duncan Hunter National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2009 (10 U.S.C. 2358 note) is amended by striking “October 1, 2013” and inserting “September 30, 2016”.
