## SEC. 241 EXTENSION OF REQUIREMENTS FOR BIENNIAL ROADMAP AND ANNUAL REVIEW AND CERTIFICATION ON FUNDING FOR DEVELOPMENT OF HYPERSONICS Section 218(e)(3) of the John Warner National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2007 (Public Law 109-364; 120 Stat. 2126; 10 U.S.C. 2358 note) is amended by striking “2012” and inserting “2016”.
