## SEC. 2305 MODIFICATION OF AUTHORIZATION TO CARRY OUT CERTAIN FISCAL YEAR 2010 PROJECT In the case of the authorization contained in the table in section 2301(a) of the Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2010 (division B of Public Law 111-84; 123 Stat. 2636) for Hickam Air Force Base, Hawaii, for construction of a Ground Control Tower at the installation, the Secretary of the Air Force may construct 43 vertical meters (141 vertical feet) in lieu of 111 square meters (1,195 square feet), consistent with the Air Force’s construction guidelines for control towers, using amounts appropriated pursuant to authorizations of appropriations in prior years.
