## SEC. 211 LIMITATION ON AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS FOR THE GROUND COMBAT VEHICLE PROGRAM Of the funds authorized to be appropriated by this Act or otherwise made available for fiscal year 2012 for research, development, test, and evaluation, Army, for the ground combat vehicle program, not more than 80 percent may be obligated or expended until the date on which the Secretary of the Army submits to the congressional defense committees a report containing— ####
(1)the plans of the Secretary to carry out— #####
(A)a dynamic analysis of alternatives update described in the acquisition decision memorandum issued by the Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition, Technology, and Logistics on August 17, 2011; and #####
(B)a separate assessment of selected non-developmental vehicles described in such memorandum; and ####
(2)a description of the resources the Secretary considers necessary to carry out the plans under paragraph (1), including the amount of funding required in fiscal years 2012 and 2013.
