## SEC. 1531 JOINT IMPROVISED EXPLOSIVE DEVICE DEFEAT FUND ###
(a)Use and Transfer of Funds Subsections
(b)and
(c)of section 1514 of the John Warner National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2007 (Public Law 109-364; 120 Stat. 2439), as in effect before the amendments made by section 1503 of the Duncan Hunter National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2009 (Public Law 110-417; 122 Stat. 4649), shall apply to the funds made available to the Department of Defense for the Joint Improvised Explosive Device Defeat Fund for fiscal year 2012. ###
(b)Monthly Obligations and Expenditure Reports Not later than 15 days after the end of each month of fiscal year 2012, the Secretary of Defense shall provide to the congressional defense committees a report on the Joint Improvised Explosive Device Defeat Fund explaining monthly commitments, obligations, and expenditures by line of action.
