## SEC. 143 F-35 JOINT STRIKE FIGHTER AIRCRAFT In entering into a contract for the procurement of aircraft for the sixth and all subsequent low-rate initial production contract lots for the F-35 Lightning II Joint Strike Fighter aircraft, the Secretary of Defense shall ensure each of the following: ####

(1)That the contract is a fixed-price contract. ####

(2)That the contract requires the contractor to assume full responsibility for costs under the contract above the target cost specified in the contract.
