## SEC. 1412 REVISION TO REQUIRED RECEIPT OBJECTIVES FOR PREVIOUSLY AUTHORIZED DISPOSALS FROM THE NATIONAL DEFENSE STOCKPILE **[**[50 U.S.C. 98d note](/us/usc/t50/s98d)**]** Section 3402(b) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2000 (Public Law 106-65; 50 U.S.C. 98d note), as most recently amended by section 1412 of the Ike Skelton National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2011 (Public Law 111-383; 124 Stat. 4412), is further amended by striking “$730,000,000 by the end of fiscal year 2013” in paragraph
