## SEC. 1402 NATIONAL DEFENSE SEALIFT FUND ###

(a)Authorization of Appropriations Funds are hereby authorized to be appropriated for the fiscal year 2012 for the National Defense Sealift Fund, as specified in the funding table in section 4501. ###

(b)Authorized Procurement Funds appropriated pursuant to the authorization of appropriations in subsection

(a)may be used to purchase an offshore petroleum distribution system, and the associated tender for that system, that are under charter by the Military Sealift Command as of January 1, 2011.
