## SEC. 1219 LIMITATION ON AVAILABILITY OF AMOUNTS FOR REINTEGRATION ACTIVITIES IN AFGHANISTAN Not more than 50 percent of the amount available for fiscal year 2012 for reintegration activities in Afghanistan under the authority of section 1216 of the Ike Skelton National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2011 (Public Law 111-383; 124 Stat. 4392), as amended by section 1216 of this Act, may be used to provide assistance to the Government of Afghanistan until the Secretary of Defense, in consultation with the Secretary of State, determines and certifies to Congress that women in Afghanistan are an integral part of the reconciliation process between the Government of Afghanistan and the Taliban.
