## SEC. 1212 ONE-YEAR EXTENSION OF AUTHORITY TO TRANSFER DEFENSE ARTICLES AND PROVIDE DEFENSE SERVICES TO THE MILITARY AND SECURITY FORCES OF IRAQ AND AFGHANISTAN ###
(a)Extension of Authority Subsection
(h)of section 1234 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2010 (Public Law 111-84; 123 Stat. 2532), as amended by section 1214 of the Ike Skelton National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2011 (Public Law 111-383; 124 Stat. 4391), is further amended by striking “December 31, 2011” and inserting “December 31, 2012”. ###
(b)Quarterly Reports Subsection (f)(1) of such section, as so amended, is further amended by striking “and every 90 days thereafter through March 31, 2012” and inserting “every 90 days thereafter through March 31, 2012, and at the end of each calendar quarter, if any, thereafter through March 31, 2013, in which the authority in subsection
(a)is implemented”.
