## SEC. 1202 THREE-YEAR EXTENSION OF TEMPORARY AUTHORITY TO USE ACQUISITION AND CROSS-SERVICING AGREEMENTS TO LEND MILITARY EQUIPMENT FOR PERSONNEL PROTECTION AND SURVIVABILITY ###
(a)Authority Subsection
(a)of section 1202 of the John Warner National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2007 (Public Law 109-364; 120 Stat. 2412), as amended by section 1203(a) of the Ike Skelton National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2011 (Public Law 111-383; 124 Stat. 4386), is further amended— ####
(1)in paragraph (1), by striking “Iraq or”; and ####
(2)in paragraph (3)— #####
(A)in subparagraph (A), by striking “Iraq or”; and #####
(B)in subparagraph (C), by striking “Iraq, Afghanistan, or” and inserting “Afghanistan or”. ###
(b)Expiration Subsection
(e)of such section, as amended by section 1204(b) of the Duncan Hunter National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2009 (Public Law 110-417; 122 Stat. 4623), is further amended by striking “September 30, 2011” and inserting “September 30, 2014”.
