## SEC. 3 DEFINITIONS **[**[16 U.S.C. 450ss-1](/us/usc/t16/s450ss-1)**]** In this Act: ####
(1)Foundation The term “**Foundation**” means the Oklahoma City National Memorial Foundation, a not-for-profit corporation that is— #####
(A)described in section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986; #####
(B)exempt from taxation under section 501(a) of such Code; and #####
(C)dedicated to the support of the Memorial. ####
(2)Memorial The term “**Memorial**” means the Oklahoma City National Memorial designated under section 4(a). ####
(3)Secretary The term “**Secretary**” means the Secretary of the Interior. ####
(4)Trust The term “**Trust**” means the Oklahoma City National Memorial Trust .
