Through the earlier of the date specified in section 106(3) of this joint resolution or the date of the enactment of an Act authorizing appropriations for fiscal year 2013 for military activities of the Department of Defense, no appropriation or funds made available or authority granted pursuant to section 101 for the Department of Defense shall be used to—

## SEC. 121 Through the earlier of the date specified in section 106(3) of this joint resolution or the date of the enactment of an Act authorizing appropriations for fiscal year 2013 for military activities of the Department of Defense, no appropriation or funds made available or authority granted pursuant to section 101 for the Department of Defense shall be used to— ####
(1)retire, divest, realign, or transfer aircraft of the Air Force; ####
(2)disestablish or convert any unit associated with aircraft described in paragraph
(1)or any unit of the Air National Guard or Air Force Reserve; or ####
(3)retire C-23 Sherpa aircraft.
